Methinks I can pull together weekly posts for the remainder of Family Illness Drama '09.
Let's say I will post on..(spins the paper clip)...Mondays!
So. My next post, and it might be fairly short, will rear its head on 10/5.
As for the relatives, don't ask. One of them is overworked beyond your worst nightmares and there's nothing I can do but hold their hand as their eyes mist over and they say "I can't even think straight anymore." They're also waking up in the middle of the night, numb and short of breath. Another is having one of those global crises of confidence. The actually sick one, the scheduled-for-major-surgery one, is suffering a noticeable worsening of his dizzy spells and his hands have turned to ice.
I plan for Monday's post to be unfathomably trivial.
